The rooms are spacious and some offer a balcony with views of the city. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. the hotel has a rooftop pool and outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy.
The dining arrangements can be disappointing for independent travelers and the dining room lacks ambiance.

The hotel had a great location, being close to the Sanctuary and right near everything in the city. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. There were also nice facilities available, including several places to eat onsite. The staff were helpful and courteous, assisting with parking and giving excellent directions.
Not obvious to find, but once I arrived, everything was wonderful.

Very professional and friendly staff. Fantastic views and river side room. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Excellent location, close to the sanctuary. Superb staff, arranged shuttles and provided information. Good location, able to serve large groups. Lovely and helpful waiters/waitresses. Receptionist held my suitcase.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was an absolute delight. The location could not have been more perfect - right in the center of town and along the river. I felt safe and secure, even when walking at night. The service provided by the hotel staff was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were all top-notch. Any request I had, the staff went above and beyond to fulfill it. They truly made me feel like a valued guest. The amenities in the room were fantastic - from the comfortable sitting area to the in-room safe and mini-bar. I loved having a terrace where I could enjoy the beautiful views. The hotel also offered a delicious buffet breakfast and a bar/lounge area for relaxation. my experience here was nothing short of exceptional.
There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The level of service and comfort provided here exceeds expectations.
